  Submitting Coins To PNANS:

Are you ready to begin submitting your coins to PNANS?


We have organized a check list for you to review before sending us your coins.

  1. First, you must register for your FREE PNANS membership. Download your application by Clicking Here.

  2. Your application form must be filled out and sent to our mailing address for review. Membership is free and entitles you to certain PNANS member benefits. See our Member Benefits section on our homepage for more information.

    After your membership application has been reviewed, you will be sent a membership packet with information and valuable coupons towards grading services.

  3. Once you have aquired PNANS membership, print out your submission form.

  5. Prepare your package to be shipped and include your submission form.

  6. Each coin submitted to PNANS must each be packaged in a new 2" x 2" (non-pvc) plastic flip. Tape the flip shut, do not use staples. Please let us know if you need help aquiring flips for submission.

    If your coins are in original bank rolls or mint packaging, package generously.

    Place all identical coins together and seperate non-indentical coins. This makes it much easier for us to account for all coins in your submission.

    While packaging your box, prepare your package for registered mail. All PNANS submissions are required to be delivered using USPS Registered Mail.

  7. Last but not least, deliver your package to the post office.

  8. Be sure to insure your outgoing package for the total insurance amount declared on your submission form.
